Is there any locals on here who know how this London-Brighton bike race will affect Brighton in regard to parking,we will be hitting Brighton at 2ish. cheers

Can`t find anything that would cause a problem - should certainly be over by late afternoon - plenty of car parks around -West Street & Russell square are the nearest & safest -a bit of a shithole in places is Brighton (incase you don`t know the area)

I had`nt noticed you are from IOW - my birthplace (Ryde) -left there 10 years ago & live in Sussex - For your info The Russell road car park in right behind the venue (which is on the sea front)

A Ryde boy,well i'm damned. I left Ryde about ten years ago to move....... to Pan. Russell Rd it is then , if the bloody bike thing allows access. Cheers dude.
