The last two appearances in the Pacific northwest were at the Gorge Ampitheatre, a very long drive east of Seattle. Assuming they hit the Coast in the winter of 06 or '07, they would play Seattle, not Vancouver. The last time they played Vancouver was 2 shows of the Quad tour and their 2nd show attracted only 4000 fans in General Motors Place, which holds 18,000 plus. I saw them each of their Vancouver shows since 1980, and they are not a big attraction here.

I'd point out that Central Canada is a much warmer place for the Who. They played Maple Leaf Gardens on practically every tour they did until 1982. Then Exhibition Place and last tour the Air Canada Centre.
They've put on some solid shows there - most of which I've only been able to enjoy through bootlegs. I did attend the last one in person, though.

First Who show I saw was at MLG in 82....Sat in the reds at the back of the arena....The at the EX Stadium in 89(2nd show)Mike and Dusty Cohl from CPI treated the Who extremely(sic) well and Pete and co.have never forgot(thank god for us who live in the area!)

It pains me to say this about Roger and Pete but they usually charge the highest price they can possibly get away with for tickets. I think for front-seats you might be looking at upwards of $200.00.
When I saw them at the ACC a few years ago I believe I paid around $85.00 (Canadian) for a seat, in faaaaaar back.

I'm not too sure about presales.
